Please list and put your name by anything large/specialized you are planning to bring so everyone knows what will be available and we can all pack as lightly as possible. Obviously, on some things we will need more than one person bringing them, like water. If you need something, but are unable to bring it, please list that too...

Camp Chef Griddle--Randalls (small), Borrowmans (possibility of one that covers both camp chef burners--if needed)
Barbecue box--Smiths
Propane--Randalls, Borrowmans (possibility of one XL tank, and one regular tank), M&D
Dutch oven--Borrowman, Randalls, M&D, Jay and Brynn (we have 2 if needed. a 10in and a 12 in)
Shade Tent/Awning--M&D
Fishing Boat--Borrowmans
Canoe - M&D - We only have 3 adult life vests, so hopefully someone has some kids vests to bring. Smiths have a couple small life vests, 2 baby life jackets Moss
Table--Card table, medium & large plastic table, big plywood tables & some blocks & planks for benches, Jay and Brynn 6 ft. plasti table if we can jimmy it into the car. Smiths have a couple tables we can bring.
Outdoor potty--Hey everyone - for about $80 (have to double check that) we could bring up a port-a-potty if each family wanted to put in $12 toward it. It would probably smell better and be a bit more comfortable. Let us know if you want us to check into it further please.
Big First Aid Kit -- Moss
Paper Plates, Cups, plastic utensils, paper towels, trash bags, hand sanitizer--Borrowmans will get all of this and everyone can just put some money towards it. If this doesn't work for you, please let me know!

Ok - I called on several and the best priced on is $75. They said it could get pretty full with as many people as we are going to have, so just to be safe, the guys might want to visit the bushes for some things. So that would be about $9.50 per family group. If we want, we could even get a double - that would be $16 per family. That could be nice too. Let us know if you are good with this.
Probably don't care a whole lot, but just so you all know, hand sanitizer does not kill several of the major food borne illness germs. I think its good to have, but let's make sure we don't only use it.
I will bring soap as well! We are good with either port-a-potty option...

We are great with whatever port-a-potty option. Also, Ferf, don't buy hand sanitizer, we have a huge thing of it that I can bring.
