Bedrooms...Please Choose One!

I think it would be smartest for us to choose rooms before we get up there so people get a room to suit their needs (i.e. so Jay and Brynn don't end up with all the bunk beds while Ferf and Ryan have only a queen size bed for their whole crew). Click pictures for bigger image. All the rooms have pros and cons. I've typed in some names, but you should figure out for-sure what will work for you and work it out with others who are interested. Bolded names are finalized.

MASTER (MAIN FLOOR): Dad & Mom
Features: King-size bed, TV, extra seating, walk-in closet, access to patio with sitting area

MASTER BATH (MAIN FLOOR): Dad & Mom
Features: Vanity with double sink, toilet in separate "closet", shower, jetted tub

NORTHEAST BEDROOM (upstairs, above dining): Jay & Brynn
Features: Queen, closet large enough for pack-and-play, small private balcony, noise from kitchen area, lots of morning light

SOUTHEAST BEDROOM (upstairs, above kitchen): Weed & Derek, Juge & Lance, or Lou & Bryan?
Features: Queen, one twin bunk bed, closet large enough for pack-and-play, noise from kitchen area
I forgot to take a picture of this one because the beds weren't made when we arrived, but it is similar to the southwest upstairs bedroom pictured below and very cute!

SHARED EAST BATHROOM (upstairs, above kitchen)
Features: Jack-and-Jill bathroom with double sink, bath with shower, toilets can't be flushed during "quiet hours" because it makes a racket downstairs

NORTHWEST BEDROOM (upstairs, above master bed): Jay & Brynn or Moss & Christie?
Features: Queen, closet large enough for pack-and-play, small private balcony, noise from master (snoring), lots of morning light

SOUTHWEST BEDROOM (upstairs, above master bath): Weed & Derek, Juge & Lance, or Lou & Bryan? (this is Juge & Lance's preference)
Features: Queen, one twin bunk bed, closet large enough for pack-and-play, noise from game room

SHARED WEST BATHROOM (above master)
Features: Jack-and-Jill bathroom with double sink, bath with shower, toilets can't be flushed during "quiet hours" because it makes a racket downstairs

NORTH BEDROOM (downstairs): Ferf & Ryan or Lou & Bryan or Weed & Derek? (Ferf & Ryan for-sure need a downstairs room to accommodate all their kids)
Features: Queen, two sets of twin bunk beds, no closet, but still room for pack and play, very quiet

SOUTH BEDROOM (downstairs): Ferf & Ryan or Lou & Bryan or Weed & Derek?
Features: Queen, two sets of twin bunk beds, no closet, but still room for pack and play, very quiet

SHARED DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM
Features: Huge vanity with two sinks, tub with shower, toilet in separate "closet", huge steam shower (not in picture)

Supe & Bean--there are plenty of couches!  :)   I will put pictures of some of them on another post!
